My elderly parents were taken care of exceptionally well during our stay at this hotel - from the comfortable beds to the thoughtful amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and free toiletries. the heating in the apartment kept us warm and cozy, while the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area and dining at the table, and the electric kettle for tea and coffee was a nice touch. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the location near restaurants like Moose Coffee and Pizza Express made dining out convenient. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and comfort provided at this hotel.
